An order is considered confirmed after successful payment and order confirmation from Sia Sutra.

If payment has already been received for an order cancelled by us, the eligible amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Sia Sutra does not ask customers to share their OTP, UPI PIN, CVV, password, or other confidential payment credentials.
