Returns

We accept eligible returns within [7 days] of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• The product must be unused and unworn.
• Original tags must remain attached.
• The product must be in its original condition and packaging.
• The product must not be washed, altered, stained or damaged.

Certain sale items, customised products, or products specifically marked as non-returnable may not be eligible for return or exchange.

Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us within [48 hours] of delivery.

Please provide your order number along with clear photographs or videos of the product and packaging so that we can verify the issue.

Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will generally be processed to the original payment method. The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account may depend on your bank or payment provider.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled by contacting us, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

Return Shipping

Return shipping charges, where applicable, will depend on the reason for the return and the applicable return conditions.
